Kill The Body

Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-05-25

Kill The Body is a boxing rankings and analysis site. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and improve it.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not sell data. This page lists exactly what's collected, who processes it, and how to reach us.

What we collect
  • Anonymous analytics via Vercel Analytics. Pageviews, referrer (where you came from), country (not city), and device type. Cookieless. Cannot be tied to your identity.
  • Anonymous performance metrics via Vercel Speed Insights. Page-load timing data so we can tell when the site is slow and fix it.
  • Error reports via Sentry, only if you encounter an error. Browser type, the URL where it broke, and a stack trace. Personally identifiable information is stripped. No session recording. No user identification.
What we do not collect
  • Cookies for tracking or advertising. We don't use them. There's no banner on this site because there's nothing to consent to.
  • Personally identifiable information — no name, no email, no IP address kept as an identifier.
  • Session replays or screen recordings.
  • Marketing or advertising pixels — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no TikTok Pixel, nothing in that family.
  • Data we would sell, share, or trade. Not a line of business we're in.
Third parties

A short list of who processes which data. Each one is a well-known service with its own privacy policy.

  • Vercel (United States) — hosts the site and provides the anonymous analytics described above. Privacy policy.
  • Sentry (United States, free tier) — error tracking only. Privacy policy.
  • Neon (United States) — database hosting for rankings and fight data. No reader data lives here. Privacy policy.
  • Ghost (self-hosted) — CMS for editorial content. No reader data lives here either.

Kill The Body does not run a newsletter, an account system, or a comment system as of this date. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a notice will appear at the top of this page.

Your rights

For readers in the EU, UK, and anywhere else with comparable data-protection law:

  • Right to know what's collected — this page is the answer.
  • Right to request deletionof any data tied to you. Because we don't collect personally identifiable information or persistent identifiers, there typically isn't anything tied to you to delete. If you've sent us a support email, or you believe a Sentry error report is tied to you, write in and we'll investigate.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy

Updates land here with a new “updated” date at the top. Material changes — anything that affects what we collect or who we share it with — get called out at the top of this page for 30 days.
