Editorial Standards

Every fighter record is verified against authoritative sources before it appears on the site. Official commission rulings take precedence over every other source. When sources disagree, we record the conflict and resolve it in favor of the higher authority.

Records lag. Schedules change. Results can be wrong.

The site publishes two ranking surfaces.

• Sanctioning-body rankings — the official tables from each major sanctioning organization, refreshed regularly.
• Editorial rankings— Kill The Body's own pound-for-pound and divisional ladder. Maintained by hand, updated on a visible cadence, and accompanied by a short note explaining each movement.

Both are dated and timestamped so you can see what changed and when.

Found a wrong record, a missing fight, a fighter we don't have, or a ranking you think misses something? Tell us. We respond same-day to corrections that involve factual data.
